David has been fascinated with the art of dough making for over 10 years. His passion has lead to him to countless hours of reading and testing recipes and taking time to study and pick the brains of some of the countries best pizzas makers(Tony Gemignani, Giulio Adriani, Joe Beddia, Daniel (Pizza Gut) Gutter to name a few). All of his family and friends have been the lucky recipients of these tests over the years until they have pushed him to start letting the world enjoy his amazing dough. With the help of his wife Ana they have set out to provide the highest quality pizza at your private events or local establishments that do not have kitchens.
